  • 1. What's included in the price?
  • All our display prices are all inclusive of materials, set up, clearance*, traveling and VAT. (*unless otherwise advised) Prices DO NOT include any land hire fee's that may be aplicable from local councils.

  • 2. Are you insured?
  • Yes, we carry a £10m public liability insurance policy 365 days a year so you can have peace of mind should the unthinkable happen. Beware of companies that insure on a show by show basis, we do not consider these to be professional companies.

  • 3. What happens if it is raining?
  • Do not worry your display will still get off the ground, we just get wet setting it up!

  • 4. I'm not sure how long I want my display to last what do you recommend?
  • We advise our clients that when it comes to firework displays it's much better to have a shorter duration that is high in intensity from start to finish rather than a display which lasts much longer and is less intense, thin in content and patchy.

  • 5. I'd like my display to start at midnight, is this possible?
  • Yes and no is the answer to this one, in order for us to conform to legislation we have to be finished firing by 11pm however there are exceptions to this on dates such as Bonfire night, New Year's Eve, Diwali if you are unsure at all please contact us and we will clarify if we can fire after 11pm on your chosen date.

  • 6. How do I book a display?
  • If you would like to book a display with us we will ask you to fill out our booking form and return to us along with a 30% deposit once we have received this we will then send you official confirmation of your display booking along with an invoice and receipt of deposit, the outstanding balance of this invoice is due 4 weeks prior to your event.

  • 7. My Venue only allow quiet fireworks can you help?
  • Absolutely, we offer a range of low noise display packages to suit almost any budget, these displays have all the visual impact you'd expect with a fireworks display but with a reduced amount of loud bangs and thuds to help keep nearby neighbours happy.

  • 8. I would like to book a display as a surprise, can you help?
  • Yes of course, we have fired numerous surprise displays over the years so if you are planning a show as a surprise for your loved one or guests our technicians will be as discreet as possible while on site and we will ensure they arrive in an unmarked vehicles and wear clothing that does not carry our company logo to help keep your display a surprise.
